TDY Medical Staffing, Inc. is currently seeking a contract Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) who has a current, unrestricted RN license in any
state, territory or commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia. The position is located in Minneapolis, MN, is a 6 month contract.
Well Qualified Applicants must submit
evidence of all education, training, certifications, etc. No less than 1 year of experience.
: RN with AANA/NBCRNA certification preferred. Must have current BLS and ACLS.
The qualified CRNA assigned to this contract will be responsible to provide a full range of anesthesia services for Surgery Services for the following surgical procedures: general surgery,urology, orthopedic, pulmonary, cardiology, vascular, ENT, ophthalmology, and podiatry according to standard, usual and acceptable or customary methods and techniques. This position is responsible for the monitoring of patient's preoperative, operative and post operative condition; informing physician of patient's condition; communicating problems to physician(s) and carry out physician's orders for corrective action.
The CRNA(s) shall adhere to Joint Commission Standards (http://www.jointcommission.org/).
The CRNA(s) shall adhere to the established principles and ethics of the medical profession established by the American Medical Association (AMA).
The CRNA (s) may have personal contact with patients, family, visitors and other employees, including contract employees of various client services. Contact with patients is for the purpose of medical care and information sharing as it relates to the medical care and special requirements. Contact with physicians and other ancillary services personnel are required for information sharing
and consultation. Contact with visitors and family members are required for information sharing as it relates to a particular patient.
