TDY Medical Staffing, Inc. is currently seeking a Project Analyst for a contract temp to perm 6 month contract position located in Mechanicsburg, PA area. This is a Monday - Friday Day Shift position 8a-4p. Please do NOT apply if you are not willing to work forty hours per week. Title:  Staffing / Employee Relations Project Analyst (HR Project Coordinator)
Assignment Duration:  6 months
Work Hours:  8a-5p (flexible), P/T up to 25 hours/week

* Leads or assists in the simultaneous management and delivery of multiple complex projects. Provides expertise in the planning, coordination, managing, implementation and reporting of success metrics (30 -- 50%)
Manages project timelines, milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools Collaborates with key stakeholders before, during and after the design and implementation of new staffing/employee relations policies, programs, and processes
* Oversees various staffing/employee relations programs to ensure alignment with Client needs and expectations. Specific programs may vary on the current Client requirements and project management requirements (50%)
Partners with the three companies' management to provide expertise and recommendations on contingent workforce staffing. Assists in the selection and implementation of contingent resource strategies, including vendor selection and vendor ongoing management. Leads vendor management effectiveness by maintaining multiple vendor relationships and performance, collecting and monitoring monthly contingent workforce activity data, and continuous reviews and assessment of overall program to meet business requirements and policies Employee Relocation Program: Directs and manages corporate employee relocation program for all employees and external new hires of the three companies. Provides high-touch, personalized and professional consultation to candidates, employees and their families, while maintaining compliance with program parameters. Oversees day to day requirements of relocation program including management of household goods, property selling and buying, lease termination, area tours, invoicing and short-term housing and lump sum payments. Collaborates with all parties involved in relocation including the relocating employee, manager, HR leaders and staffing consultants, vendors, payroll, etc. to ensure a seamless transition for the relocating employee. Ensures compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) On-boarding and Off-boarding Program: Designs, maintains and administers onboarding and off-boarding program for the three companies, including facilities integration, security requirements and external vendors/suppliers. Delivers in-person orientation for all new hires. As needed, leads internal/external audits of onboarding programs and processes. Facilitates exit interview process, including the creation of questions and reviewing turnover trends Audit Program: Manages job file quality review program and serves as job file quality subject matter expert. Manages and administers the I-9 quality review program and serves as the subject matter expert for Form I-9 and E-Verify. Manages background investigation and re-investigation programs, ensuring timely delivery of investigation findings by due date. Serves as the point of contact for department audits including but not limited to: ISO audits, 912 audits, SSAE16, etc. Continuously reviews and monitors to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
*5+ years of human resource experience
*2+ years of project management experience
*Strong oral and written communication skills
*Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
*Experience using human resource technologies (i.e., ADP, PeopleSoft, Virtual Edge, Success Factors, etc.)
*Staffing/employee relations experience
*Employee relationship program management experience, including understanding of federal/state labor employment laws
*Contingent staffing vendor experience
*Knowledge of the Service Contract Act (SCA)
*Knowledge of Survey Monkey technology and functionality
