Site Lead/Supervisor (night shift mailroom)

TDY Medical Staffing, Inc. is currently looking for a full time Site Lead. You will be responsible for on site supervision of up to 32 full time employees who are working for us at a client's location. This is a Salaried Night Shift position. Please do NOT apply if you are not willing to work Sunday - Thursday 10:30 pm - 7:30 am. You may be asked to work in the mailroom for several weeks to learn the technical aspects of the position if you do not currently have experience in a similar work environment.
The Site Lead will will be on-site at all times while a contract worker is present and shall be assigned to handle all responsibilities of TDY with respect to our assigned Contract Workers on site and to coordinate with or notify our client, including but not limited to orientation of Contract Workers, technical and required training of the Contract Workers, monitoring and managing staffing, approving Contract Workers’ time reporting, attendance and leaves, performance statistics of individual Contract Workers and performance issues, coordinating distribution of work, resolving disputes involving Contract Workers and disputes about the scope, quality or duration of work assigned to a Contract Worker with input from our client, and conducting performance reviews and corrective action.
TDY requires 3 years supervisory experience and at least a high school diploma , preferably an associate degree. Specific skill sets we require will be: effective communicator, team player, punctual, attention to detail, organized, enforcing policies, conflict management, and delegating with respect among others. Must be experienced with MS Office products, especially Excel Spreadsheets. Previous experience with Medicare/CMS preferred.
The Site Lead selected will have a combination of training, work, and supervisory experience coupled with high personal and professional standards
